Description

Being one of the rare, male Octolings, Arlong is the heir to his grandfather Octavio's seat of power. After Octavio was captured by Agent 3, Arlong disappeared, only to return after Octavio's failed attempt to brainwash Callie.

Okay... I finally figured out a way to make a male Octoling. I only wish there were better hairstyles for him, but for now, this is the best I could do.
